Charlotte Molloy
Charlotte's path here wasn't linear. After studying History with Spanish at Exeter, she spent years travelling solo across more than fifty countries — journeys that eventually led her to Bali.There, under teachers steeped in the body's older, wordless knowledge, she trained in breathwork, lymphatic drainage and nervous system regulation — not as wellness trends, but as a physiological language written in breath, pressure and touch. She founded her practice in 2022.Charlotte has since brought that work home to the UK, guiding women out of the wired-but-tired state and back into their bodies. Her approach is precise and physiology-rooted — vagus nerve activation, lymphatic mapping, organ-focused touch — held within an intuitive sense of what a woman's body actually needs.She now works with private clients and small cohorts, across the UK and online.
