By reviewing competitor airline apps I got a better understanding of all the opportunities and challenges presented with the flight search and booking process.

 

I compared four low budget competitor airline mobile apps to understand how users navigate, search and select flights and see how easy or difficult they are to use using heuristic evaluation.
