The task is to gather information. I was focused on the welcome screen through to the booking summary screens and took screenshots and annotated with commentary on what was happening and why I felt was noteworthy. See opposite or below for a few extracts from
the document.

Positive, neutral and negative commentary are colour coded green, orange and red respectively. The legend on each page
reflects this.​
