Note taking
Note taking draws out the key information from the different airline usability tests so I could pin point the users goals, behaviours, positive interactions, pain points and context when using the different mobile apps.

I colour code and time stamps all notes so that they are easy to read/scan and make sense to all stakeholders of the project.​
