RTC Online Survey
I carried out an online survey to understand user goals, key considerations and experiences when using the RTC website.

The survey was a mix of open and closed questions. I got a total of 15 responses.

The main insights from this research were

Users are mostly on mobile when they access RTC's website

About 30% respondents experience friction completing their task

Court booking, Membership and Coaching are the key user flows
-
Pain points lie mostly around site navigation to court booking facility, membership and coaching queries
