RTC Online Survey

I carried out an online survey to understand user goals, key considerations and experiences when using the RTC website.

​

The survey was a mix of open and closed questions. I got a total of 15 responses.

​

Tools used:

  • Google Forms

  • Whats App

 

The main insights from this research were

  • Users are mostly on mobile when they access RTC's website

  • About 30% respondents experience friction completing their task 

  • Court booking, Membership and Coaching are the key user flows

  • Pain points lie mostly around site navigation to court booking facility, membership and coaching queries
